Overview:
Our architect recommended a property where the homeowner had a plan, but also some concerns and worries. After inspecting the house, we confirmed that everything was fine, and we sent a structural engineer to double-check. Once everything was cleared, we proceeded with the homeowner's vision for a loft conversion and extension.

Challenges:
The main challenge we faced came from the neighbours, who often expressed concerns about the noise from the construction.

Solution:
We took a friendly and considerate approach, explaining to the neighbours that the work was necessary as part of the project. We remained respectful and assured them that we were doing everything we could to minimize disruption.

Result:
The project included a loft conversion with two rooms and a shower, along with a side and back extension. This added a new kitchen, living room, utility room, and a fully refurbished space for the client.
